Dornoch Farmers` Market takes place regularly on Saturday mornings at the historic market site beside Dornoch Cathedral.  The market is run by East Sutherland Producers.

At the Dornoch Farmers` Market local Producers offer fresh seasonal food. Croft reared meats, naturally grown vegetables, a varied range of eggs, preserves and home baking. We are often joined by an established bakery which  brings a selection of breads and other specialities.

Market gardens in the surrounding area supply seasonal and year-round herbs, salads, vegetables and fruit, most of which has been freshly picked on the morning of the market.

Free range hen, duck, geese and turkey eggs are available when in season, together with fresh quail eggs. Poultry can also be ordered.

Our nurseries offer an exciting collection of hardy plants and herbs, all grown and propagated locally and suited to the Sutherland climate. Vegetable plants are available throughout the season.

Market dates for the 2010 season are listed under "Market Dates."
